Our Story
Helm started with a simple frustration: as a manager, I was drowning. Tasks scattered across emails, Slack messages, meeting notes, and sticky notes. My brain was constantly spinning, trying to remember what I'd committed to and what was falling through the cracks.
I discovered GTD (Getting Things Done) and it changed everything. But existing tools weren't built for how managers work. They didn't understand 1:1 meetings, delegation, or the unique cognitive load of leading a team.
So I built Helm—the tool I wished existed. A single command center that captures everything, integrates with the tools I already use, and implements GTD principles without requiring a PhD in productivity.
